ASHLEY - Senior Stylist and Co-owner of The Wheatley Edition
Ashley is based full time in Wheatley, joining our Abingdon Team every other Thursday. She is a very talented Hairdresser with an extensive client list. Her and Jodie have been colleagues/business partners for over 15 years. 
She may be small but she is very mighty, a little power house at the gym and a whippet on the racetrack. 
She lives her life as fast as she runs so if you’re lucky enough to catch her you will not be disappointed.

TRACY - Stylist
Tracy has been with us for 5 years now after having a career break to have her 3 children.
Tracy says ‘I wanted to go to a salon where I could continue to gain experience and learn new things, it was important to me to go to a salon that continues with training and keeps up with the current trends. 
I love meeting new people and building relationships and trust with people. I’m a busy family mama with 3 children and 2 dogs, I love being outdoors and challenging myself. 
 

NIYAH - Apprentice (Abingdon)

Niyah was a baby when she joined us as a saturday girl. She couldnt wait to leave school and start her apprenticeship with us, she has just celebrated her 18th Birthday, shes flying through her training and we're hoping to have her ready by December of this year. But in the mean-time you can get training cuts and colours with her in our Abingdon Salon on Wednesdays.

JODIE JAMES - The Boss!
Head Stylist and Salon Owner.
Jodie has authentically grown the salon since 2010 from the first day of opening on her own with a friend, to the buzzing salon that it is today.
‘I wanted to create a space where people would feel at ease, as a client but also as an employee.
A warm smile, no ego’s, care and attention is what you will get from us.
We have a high focus on colour which is my passion, in 2019 I became one of Wella’s Master Colour Experts.
My favourite thing is when clients bring me a picture and then trying to create something as close to as possible.

PAM - Front of House
Pam is our bit of Irish Charm.
She will be the person that meets you at the door, and the voice at the end of the phone.
You will always find her with a notebook or two… or three, or four!! It’s a bit of a running joke in the salon, let’s hope she never loses them!

GEMMA - self employed Stylist
Gemma is a talented well established hairdresser who was looking for a new home. And a home we gave her! You will see her buzzing around the salon. She is infectious, she has such a bubbly personality and we love having her around.

SAM - Senior Stylist
Sam is our crazy colour expert. If you want something a bit more daring, she’s your girl. But on the flip side of that can also create the softest, most natural looks, her knowledge is outstanding, we could listen to her all day.
Sam says ‘The best bit of her job is the final blowdry, at the end of the service when 'The Look’ comes together.

JENINA - Senior Stylist
Jenina’s attention to detail makes her a stand out stylist in the salon. She is Queen of the Brazilian Blowout. If you want super smooth locks, book one of her keratin smoothing treatments. 
This is what Jenina has to say….’I’m a part time stylist and colour technician. I’m also a mum to 3. I’m a critical perfectionist with my work. I love seeing the turnaround with hair itself but more importantly the confidence and happiness from when a client walks into the salon to when they leave my chair. That makes me happy.

IMI - Beauty Therapist
Imi is our Beauty Queen. She specialises in Nails, Brows and Lashes.
She has been gaining quite a reputation for her amazing Nail Art.
You will find her downstairs in her beautiful floral haven.

ALICE - Stylist & Senior Technician
Alice is our homegrown talent.
She came to us straight from school, and we’ve watched her grow into the talented young woman she is today.
Alice joined us on the dance floor in December 2022, after qualifying with flying colours which we always knew she would. 
She’s done exceedingly well, battling through her apprenticeship during covid and the stop, start of her training, we are very proud of her. Alice's colour knowledge is incredible, she's always helping others out the back with formulas, we couldn't hold her back so we have promoted Alice to a Senior Technician!

LEYA - Stylist

Leya splits her time between both our Abingdon and Wheatley Salon. 

She is a natural talent and we can defo see her creative skills by her Apron, apparently its an Artist thing haha.

She is Queen of the Balayage, her transformation pictures are incredible, so make sure you are following our socials to catch them.

 

COCO - Apprentice (Wheatley)

Coco is our latest recruit, she has already completed her level 2 at college. We are spending the time fine tuning her training, she picks things up really quickly and shows great promise so defo look out for her! As with Niyah, we are hoping she will be ready December 2024 time but until then she too can be found in Abingdon on Wednesdays for Training.
